OnHandIMS vs Cin7
Cin7 is built for multi-channel retail and wholesale: marketplaces, 3PLs, EDI, several warehouses in several countries. If that is your business, it is a strong product. If it is not, you are paying for connectors you will never use.

Where Cin7 is the better answer
Cin7 if you sell through Shopify, Amazon, Faire and a wholesale channel at once, run 3PL fulfilment, or need EDI with large retail accounts. We do none of that.
Where we are
Single-channel trade distribution — accounts on terms, quotes and POs by phone, a counter and a yard. Everything we built assumes that shape.
