Free audit — day one
You export two files from your current system: customers, and orders or invoices. We load them into a temporary workspace, run the analysis, delete the workspace, and send you a report. Dormant customers, stale open documents, real DSO, duplicate records, dead stock. You keep the report whether or not you go further.
Mapping — week one
We map every field you use to a field here, and tell you plainly about the ones that do not map. Custom fields cover most of the gap; the rest is a conversation, not a surprise on go-live day.
First load and validation
Everything comes across into a workspace only you can see. We reconcile counts, balances and stock against your current system, line by line, and give you the differences as a list.
Second load
The first load always turns something up. The second is the one you check, and it is the one that has your corrections in it.
Parallel run
A week or two entering work in both systems. Not glamorous, and the only thing that actually proves it.
Go-live
Final delta load out of hours, we are on the phone the first morning, and your old system stays readable for as long as you want it.

Accounting stays where it is. We do not replace your general ledger; we hand it clean data.
What we will tell you before you pay us
If your data is clean and small, we will say so, quote the low end, and it will take two weeks. If a quarter of your customer records are duplicates and nobody has closed an order since 2019, we will say that too — and the audit will show you the number rather than asking you to take our word for it.
We have turned migrations down. Usually because the honest answer was that the customer needed to fix a process first, and moving the mess into a new system would only have made it more visible.
