Migration is priced separately, and honestly
Moving twenty years of records out of an old system is real work, and bundling it into a monthly price would mean either overcharging the people with clean data or losing money on the people without.
So we quote it after we have looked. Upload two spreadsheets, get a free audit with the actual numbers — how many customers have gone quiet, what is stuck open, what your DSO really is — and a price band with it.

Questions people actually ask
What happens when the trial ends?
The account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, nothing is hidden, and export still works. Choose a plan and writing resumes immediately.
Can I change plans?
Any time, both directions, from Settings. Billing is prorated by Stripe.
Do portal users count as seats?
No. Seats are your staff. Invite as many customers to the portal as you have.
What if I outgrow Pro?
Talk to us. There is a price above Pro; it is not on this page because it depends on what you need.
Do you lock my data in?
The Export everything button is in Settings from the first day of the trial, and it gives you a zip of CSVs and your documents. There is no ticket to raise and no notice period.
